Welcome to 1^st International Conference on Fluid Dynamics and Computational Science (FDCS 2022). FDCS 2022 will be held on November 12-13, 2022, in Chengdu, China. 2022 is co-organized by Southwest Jiaotong University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Tiangong University, sponsored by CCCC Second Harbour Engineering Company Ltd., Asian Union of Information Technology.

FDCS is an annual international conference devoted to the discussion of original work on theoretical, computational, and experimental aspects of the mechanics of fluids, with special regards to the Navier-Stokes equations. FDCS conference covers the field of CFD; heat transfer and thermodynamics; multi-phase flows; fluid-structure interaction; combustion; turbulence; shock waves and explosions; plasma flow.

FDCS aims to provide a knowledge exchange and sharing platform of physical and computational sciences for the aviation industry, automobile industry, shipbuilding industry, etc. We welcome experts in fields related to fluid dynamics and computational science to join us.

1. All accepted papers from FDCS 2022 will be published by IOP in a single volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series (ISSN: 1742-6596). FDCS 2022 was also listed by IOP in the forthcoming (Click);

2. We are currently looking for a publisher who can provide Open Access publishing and maximize the dissemination of knowledge;

3. The proceedings of FDCS 2022 will be sent for indexation in Scopus, EI Compendex, Google Scholar and CPCI;

4. We will NEVER promise any indexing service, academic exchange is the TOP priority of this FDCS conference.

A Best Paper presentation will be selected from each oral session based on the score of the Technical Session Chair. The Certificate for Best Paper Presentation will be awarded during the conference.

Submissions must be original, written in English and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for FDCS 2022. All submissions will be peer reviewed by 2-3 reviewers. Selected papers will be recommended to publish in the conference proceedings.
